Steel Pipes are long, hollow tubes that can be used for a number of purposes. They are an integral part of the piping systems. The first methods for producing steel pipe were introduced in the early 1800s, and have steadily evolved into the modern processes we use today. Pipe systems around the world involve connections which are provided by fittings.
Steel pipes are consumed in bulk and provide for onward transmission of liquids and gases. They can be connected to fittings by welding and the structure is supported by connection of flanges. Steel Pipes available in two types: Seamless steel pipes and Welded steel pipes. For both types we first cast raw steel into a more workable starting form.
We then mould it into a pipe by stretching the steel out into a seamless tube or by forcing the edges together and sealing them with a weld. We manufacture our steel pipes in all sizes from ½ to 48 and our Steel Pipes also have phenomenal strength and flexibility. Other than that we also use only very high quality coating material which results in getting an exceptional end finish

PIPES : STANDARDS
The Steel pipes are marked in requirement of the International standards ASTM, AISI, JIS, BIS. with the format BRAND-SIZE-SPECIFICATION-GRADE-HEAT NUMBER-LOT NUMBER.
This format helps for identification of the pipes as well is supported with the Material Test Report. This is 100% traceable to the mill from which the material is procured.
PACKING AND DOCUMENTATION OF PIPES
Steel pipes Suppliers are subject to surface wash and cleaning to remove all impurities with it being in stock. Then it is wrapped in a thin plastic. The ends are protected by plastic caps to avoid any damage in transit. Then Steel Pipes are bundled in bubble wrap followed by assorting them in colored plastic goonies or bundles. Then an outer rope is tied to protect the pipes and they are packed in wooden boxes or containers.
We provide Steel Pipes with documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Test Reports, HSN Code, Country of Origin attested by chamber of commerce, Fumigation Certificate, Warranty Letter, and Base Material Certificates.
Each heat and lot of steel pipes is supplied with a material test certificate as per EN 10204 NACE 3.1 standards indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the fittings along with pressure rating. We also confirm the guarantee of the fittings supplied as per Purchase Order specifications and attest the same in the Material Test Certificate. We also welcome any third party inspection from an agency nominated by the customer to comply with NACE 3.2 Certification if required by the customer at an extra cost.
