Nickel Alloy Flanges
Midland Alloys Inc. is a trusted Indian manufacturer and global supplier of nickel alloy flanges, offering a wide range of grades that meet international standards. A nickel alloy flange is a mechanical connector used in piping systems to join pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment. These flanges are crafted from nickel-based alloys known for their exceptional resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and mechanical stress. In addition to ASTM B564, ASME SB564, and other international standards such as ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.47, BS 4504, EN‑1092 and DIN nickel alloy flanges, our product line includes nickel 200 flanges, nickel 201 flanges, and nickel alloy UNS N02200 flanges. Excellent mechanical qualities, such as high tensile strength, elongation and area reduction are provided by these flanges. They offer wide range of nickel alloy flange sizes, pressure ratings and dimensions and are extensively utilized in industries that demand exceptional chemical stability. Nickel alloy flanges offer outstanding value for systems exposed to harsh environments. These compounds are an effective choice for many high-performance applications due to their mechanical toughness and chemical stability.
Benefits of nickel alloy flanges are their

Nickel Alloy Flanges Grades We Offer
Difference between Nickel alloy flanges vs. Inconel Flanges
The main difference between Inconel and nickel alloy flanges is how they perform in harsh environments and what their composition is. Nickel alloy flanges made of Nickel 200 or 201 ensure higher purity, which makes them ideal for chemical processing, and electrical uses. However, Inconel flanges designed with nickel-chromium-iron exhibit better strength and oxidation resistance at extremely high temperatures. Although both of these materials are resistant to corrosion, Inconel flanges are superior under thermal cycling and high-pressure applications, while nickel alloy flanges are utilized where high ductility, electrical conductivity, and resistance to alkaline and neutral media are sought. Additionally, due to their low risk of contamination and cleanability, these flanges facilitate safe connections in vacuum systems, heat exchangers, equipment, and food-grade processing lines. Their reliability in handling aggressive media makes them suitable for DIN nickel alloy flanges used in piping systems carrying acids, caustics, and neutral salts. Additionally, they support secure connections in instrumentation, vacuum systems, heat exchangers, and food-grade processing lines, owing to their cleanability and low contamination risk.
