Midland Alloys Inc. is a trusted Manufacturer and Supplier of Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Tubes, offering a wide range of high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy tubing solutions for industrial use. Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are part of the same alloy family but differ slightly in carbon and aluminum-titanium content, making them suitable for different heat and pressure environments. These tubes are commonly available as seamless tubes, welded tubes, ERW tubes, round tubes, heat exchanger tubes, redrawn tubes, and EFW tubes. Chemically, they are made of nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%) and iron (balance), with small amounts of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. This composition makes them resistant to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion, especially in high-temperature applications. All tubes comply with ASTM B163/B407, ASME SB163/SB407, and DIN/EN standards. Available forms include Inconel 800 Welded Round Tube, Inconel 800 ERW Tube, Inconel Alloy 800HT Welded Tube, and more. We are ISO certified company and have ready stock available in different sizes and shapes, and export quickly throughout the world.

Difference Between Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Tubes and Incoloy 825 Tubes
Though Incoloy 800 series, and Incoloy 825 offer resistance to high-temperature conditions, the two differ in application based on chemical composition. Incoloy 800/800H/800HT is created for thermal resistance, sustaining structural integrity with prolonged exposure to heat, particularly in furnace components and heat exchangers. In contrast, Incoloy 825 has higher nickel, molybdenum and copper content, which gives it superior resistance to acidic corrosion, making it more suitable for sulfuric, and phosphoric acid environments. In short, choose the 800 series for high-temperature mechanical stability, and 825 for harsh chemical resistance.
