Inconel 625 Flanges Manufacturer & Supplier
Midland Alloys Inc. is a trusted Inconel 625 flanges manufacturer based in India. Our flanges are crafted from a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, known for strength, resistance to seawater corrosion, and durability in extreme environments. Inconel 625 flanges are widely utilized in marine hardware, chemical processing, offshore oil platforms, aerospace systems, and nuclear reactors. As a leading inconel Alloy 625 flanges supplier, we use advanced production systems and global logistics to serve critical industries worldwide.
Inconel 625 Flanges Overview
Inconel 625 flanges are made from a nickel-based alloy with high amounts of chromium, molybdenum, and niobium. This unique Inconel 625 flange material offers great fatigue strength, resists pitting and crevice corrosion especially in seawater and harsh chemicals. These flanges meet key industry standards such as ASTM B564, UNS N06625, and ASME SB564.
These flanges withstand extreme temperatures—from cryogenic conditions up to 980°C. Available in different types like Inconel 625 weld neck flange, blind, slip-on, socket weld, threaded, and lap joint. These alloy 625 flanges are rated between class 150# to 2500#.
They are typically available in sizes from ½” to 24” in diameter, following ANSI/ASME B16.5 and B16.47 inconel 625 flange specifications. Custom sizes are also available to meet specific project needs.
Benefits of Inconel 625 Flanges
- Seawater & Chemical Resistance

Types of Inconel 625 Flanges
Manufacturing Types
-
SORF (Slip-On Raised Face)Slides over the pipe and gets welded for easy installation in low-pressure systems.
-
BLRF (Blind Raised Face)Closes off pipe ends; used for testing or sealing flow in a system.
-
SWRF (Socket Weld Raised Face)Pipe fits into a recessed area and is welded around the edge. Ideal for small-bore, high-pressure lines.
-
WNRF (Weld Neck Raised Face)Has a long, tapered hub and welds to the pipe for strong, leak-proof joints under high pressure.
Face Forms
-
Raised Face (RF)The most common type has a raised surface that improves gasket sealing in medium to high pressure.
-
Ring Type Joint (RTJ)Uses a metal ring for sealing and works well in high-pressure, high-temperature services.
-
Flat Face (FF)Flat surface flange used with cast iron or low-pressure piping where full face gasket is needed.
-
Lap-Joint Face (LJF)Used with stub ends and are easy to align and install. Good for systems that need frequent dismantling.
