Clean, smooth surface suitable for hygienic and chemical processes: Bright annealed or pickled 904L pipe has low surface roughness, which helps prevent product buildup inside the bore. Pharmaceutical, dairy, and fine-chemical lines specify this finish to meet hygienic design standards.
